Hey there, food fanatics and taste thrill-seekers! Get ready to have your taste buds do the conga because this year's Real Festival is bringing a culinary delight with over 20 of Sydney's best food trucks firing up the grills like they're auditioning for a reality show called "MasterFlame."

We're talking about delicious dishes, desserts of your dreams and comfort food that'll give you a hug so tight, you'll wonder if it's a long lost relative in edible form. Hold onto your forks and let’s take a look at what's on the menu.

EMMYSSAVOURY

First up, we've got Big Jays Smoke House to make your carnivorous dreams come true with their irresistible Low and Slow BBQ. And if burgers are your true love, local legends Burger Head are bringing not only their mouthwatering burgers but also a bloomin' onion extravaganza that's sure to raise your eyebrow – and your appetite.

Do you even festival without Gozleme!? Emmys Gozleme is made fresh to order with a modern twist or if you're a souvlaki lover, Lambda Souvla Grill has got you covered – extra tzatziki and you’ll be feeling fetta than ever!

If you like an Asian fusion, Little Tokyo are bringing Japanese cuisine with crispy fried chicken, street tacos and skewers, and not to forget Let’s Do Yum Cha - think crispy spring rolls, steaming dumplings and BBQ buns! Satay Brothers are bringing their satay and crispy pork burgers along with Thai loaded fries, while Thai Street Food by Jaroon are all about and fresh and authentic fare.

For something fun, Fritz Weiners retro fitted kombi van is worth a visit for a Bratwurst in a roll, sauerkraut a MUST! Rolling Schnitzel love to connect food lovers with great schnitzel wraps and excuse you Mr Pig Food Truck, but your menu looks good! Burgers with an Asian twist and spicy wings – can we just have one of everything please?

Stripped Street Food From Gaza have traditional Palestinian dishes from family recipes, and fear not, vegetarian pals, Vege4Love is here to make sure you’re well-fed and happy!

Get your phone prepped and filters on, ready for insta-worthy sweet treats!

Gelato Messina are bringing their fan-favorites, while Drippin Desserts will load you up with donut balls and brownie cups that are practically works of art.

Calling all cake lovers in need of a caffeine buddy, Sift’D has your back and a firm favourite returning to Real, Stroop Bros traditional Dutch Stroopwafels and ice cream sandwiches are a must-try any time of day sweet-treat.

But wait, there’s more! You’ve got to try Yia Yia’s Honeyballs traditional Greek donut balls called Loukoumades. These sweet treats are like little bites of tradition with a sprinkle of heavenly joy. And the grand finale? Slice of Sin's New York-style baked cheesecake, topped with an array of indulgent toppings that read like a dessert lover's dream. Trust us, it's a slice of heaven.
